How Do I Buy Something?

  • 1. Browse through our products
  • 2. When you see something you would like to purchase, click on the product name to view more about the product
  • 3. If you would like to purchase the product, click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • 4. To proceed to the checkout, click on the cart icon. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
  • 5. Create an account OR fill in your shipping and billing addresses. If there is anything you would like us to know when preparing your order, type it into the ‘Notes’ box. If you have a coupon code, paste or type it into the coupon box.
  • 6. Select your payment method and click ‘Place Order’.

     If you are still unsure, simply send us an email at info@khaliques.co.za with a list of the products you want to purchase, as well as your name, contact details and shipping/billing address, and we’ll take it from there.

Where are you based and can I collect my order?

     Khaliques is based in Johannesburg, South Africa but we ship countrywide.

You can also collect your order from any one of our four stores - indicating which store you would like to collect from upon Checkout.

How Long Will I Wait For My Order?

     Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account.

EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may therefore delay your order.


For local orders:

      You can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 3 – 5 working days if in an outlying area.Please note that these lead times are only an estimate and may vary depending on your order and where you are situated. If you have any questions about how long it will take, or you need to ensure that your parcel arrives by a certain date, we advise that you contact us first.

Can I Return Something if I am not Happy?

    You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. In case the item requires collection by us - a shipping cost will incur. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Is My Information Safe With You?

  Our site makes use of an SSL certificate, so your information (name, contact details and anything you provide us with) is safe. We will never sell your information to any third-party. Since we use PayGate as an online payment gateway, we do not have access to your credit card or online banking details.

Can I Send Something As A Gift?

     Yes, we will ensure that the gift reaches the person safely, we will just need their contact details in the event they are not home to receive the item.
